    Mr. Bates is an 8 yr old energetic and well behaved Dachshund. We recently sold our home and our current living condition does not allow for us to keep him. We rescued him from a shelter about 2 years ago and has been great with dogs, kids, and adults in that time. He his house trained, loves his kennel and has never had any accidents in our home. Looking for a good home.

    D-OB is a very affectionate loving long haired dachund dog I have had him since he was just a pup, he is now nine years old but he is still very active. Dachshunds are cheeky, playful, mischievous, and resistant to training or discipline. Dachshunds do well with older children. Dachshunds are well suited to apartment life but need exercise, and it is important that they not be overfed as this breed is prone to weight gain.
