Animal ID: JMBGinny (female)

Dachshund Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Ginny is between 9-10 months old and just as cute as a button. She weighs all of 12 lbs and she is quite playful, loves to take naps and she is quite inquisitive about everything. She is quite the love bug and just wants to feel safe and secure in a stable home environment. She does need some work on house training but in time she will catch on because once she feels secure, the rest is history. The rescue feels that she will do better in a home with no more than one dog. She is quite the WALKER, so if you are looking for a dog who will sleep all day or sit in your lap all day, Ginny is not the dog for you. ONE MORE IMPORTANT FACTOR IS THAT ... (Read More)Ginny IS AN ESCAPE ARTIST (so it would be best to adopt with no small children who may leave doors open) AND SHE QUITE THE JUMPER, SO SHE WILL NEED A HIGH FENCED IN YARD.
