Cydney is a sweet, spunky 1-2 year old chihuahua dachshund mix that came to TRACS with her 7 two week old pups. Cydney gave birth in a municipal shelter where she was either left by her owner, or picked up as a stray. Not a great place for an expectant mother. That has all changed now! After being an awesome mother to her LARGE brood of babies Cydney is now seeking her forever home. Cydney is a very sweet and happy girl that weighs around 10 lbs. She does well with other dogs and loves people, she's ready to get away from this 'mothering' thing and start a life of joy and leisure :)

Bumper is a super sweet low riding dude with an adorable personality. He's a little chunky at the moment but we are working on getting him back his sleek physique. Bumper loves going for walks and giving kisses and when you spend time with him in his kennel all he wants to do is pile into your lap for cuddles. This boy is still a little frightened after being given up by his former owners when their apartment decided they could no longer have dogs, but is still a super friendly boy. lnteresting Dachshund Trivia Low-Cost Montana Spay & Neuter Clinics
Dachshunds are good travel companions. Dachshunds are named for Dachs, the German term for Badger, which these dogs were bred to hunt. The short legs of a Dachshund are well suited for digging and getting inside badger burrows. Dachshunds are often referred to as wiener dogs because of their shape. Queen Victoria was fond of Dachshunds.
