Dachshund    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Two very sweet wire-hair Dachshunds in good health and very adaptable. Pinky (wild boar color) is Yoyo's daughter (Yoyo is AKC red sable color). They are well bred and mannered, and are best friends. Pinky age12. Yoyo is 13. Lovely, Well behaved, comical, and well loved but condo life is not for them. These two would thrive at a home in the country (as they once did) where they can run around and surveil your property. They are not hyper or 'happy' .. They have not adjusted to 'condo life' in Brookline and can't give them the care they need with my job. We moved her from our residence in Florida where they had more room. They are a lovely ... Rescue Me ID: 14-06-14-00326Emmett (male)

Dachshund    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Aggressive, Fearful/Anxious

Emmett has been with our family since he was a puppy. He has fear-based anxiety and has bitten some adults-no children. He needs a quiet home with no children, as he is a delight when he is one-on-one with someone he knows but loud noises make him bark. We have to find him a new home now that we have two children. He is startling our infant and spends too much time in his crate due to barking.
